QbiQ acquires German partition wall manufacturer Intek

We are delighted to announce the partnership between QbiQ B.V. and Intek GmbH, a leading German manufacturer of partition walls.

This step strengthens QbiQ’s position in the European market and further expands the company’s innovative product portfolio.
The InteK brand and production will remain completely independent, with both companies taking over each other’s specialties.
These include the production of glass, flush glazing, invisible door frames, fire-resistant systems, and minimalist concepts. Both brands will benefit from this deal.

Nothing will change for customers, suppliers, and partners in the short term: all existing agreements will remain unchanged. “With Intek, we are bringing in a strong brand and an experienced team,” said the management.
