The safety ladder methodology assesses whether QbiQ and its employees feel responsible and committed to their safety and apply the agreed rules and procedures for working safely. The higher up the ladder, the more attention is paid to working safely. QbiQ has a demonstrable policy and practice in place for safety.
Safety Culture Ladder
In November 2024, QbiQ achieved Step 3 on the Safety Culture Ladder (SCL). The Safety Culture Ladder consists of five steps, each representing a certain level of maturity. This indicates the extent to which safety is prioritized within the company. The higher the step, the greater the focus on working safely.
Step 3 means that QbiQ has been assessed for having rules and procedures in place for safe working practices, with safety being regarded as a genuine added value. It was observed that management pays attention to safety and that employees feel involved and responsible. QbiQ has its safety policy and practical implementation well organized.
