TruBend Center 5030 typesetting machine
QbiQ bought a new, very advanced TruBend Center 5030 typesetting machine for the production of steel wall panels. With this investment we can serve our customers even better.
The TruBend Series 5000 is the world’s most successful bending machine of TRUMPF. From programming and equipping until the eventual bending, you can produce much more productively. Innovative features, such as the mould shift and the six-axle back gauge, offer you complete freedom of use. Numerous innovations, such as the revolutionary simple and intuitive operation and new solutions in the field of ergonomics, such as the MagicShoe, lighten the operator’s work.
The TruBend Center 5030 is a machine for bending the edges of steel plates. With this machine we can better anticipate the demands of our customers who want steel panels in the modular walls alongside glass panels. Due to our own manufacture of steel wall panels, we can considerably reduce delivery times and increase flexibility. The machine will be supplied early in March 2018. After a two-week installation period the machine will be fully operational by the end of March.
